Review of Magic Jack
If you haven’t heard of it, I suggest you take a look at “Magic Jack” for your telephone land line needs.
Magic Jack is a device that connects to your computer’s USB port and allows you to make unlimited FREE phone calls. There is a one time fee of $40.00 and each additional year is just $20.00. I don’t know about you but my monthly land line is almost $30 for basic service so this is a no brain-er for me.
I got my Magic Jack yesterday and I love it. The quality is good and it took a total of 1 minute to install. You can also manage your account to enable call forwarding and to check your voicemail. I connected my wireless phone right in to Magic Jack and it is like we were still using our old service.
I’ve yet to try the phone with the computer in sleep mode, I’m not sure if it works with the computer “sleeping” but I don’t care. I’m more than fine with my calls going directly to voice mail if it doesn’t work. Anybody who needs to get a hold of me can call the cell phone.
Try Magic Jack, it will save you hundreds of dollars a year and you won’t notice any decline in quality.
